This policy explains what Energized Lawn & Tree Care LLC (“Energized,” “we”) collects through energizedtreecare.com, why, and the choices you have. We're a local tree service in Orlando, Florida. We don't sell your information.

What you give us

When you request a quote, call, or text us, we collect what you share:

• Your name, phone number, email address, and the job address or ZIP code.
• Details about the job and any photos you upload.

We use this only to respond to your request: to contact you, prepare and send your estimate, schedule and do the work, send receipts, and keep records of the job. If you accept an estimate, payment details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.

What's collected automatically

• Google Analytics measures how people use the site (pages visited, device type, rough location) using cookies.
• Google Ads measures which ads lead to quote requests and calls. When you send the quote form after clicking one of our ads, your email, phone, name and address may be shared with Google in a hashed (scrambled) form so Google can match the request to the ad click (“enhanced conversions”). Google doesn't receive the readable details.
• Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies.
• How you found us. Our site remembers, in your browser and in a cookie on our own domain, where your visit came from (for example a Google search, an ad click identifier, or a campaign tag) for up to 90 days, and includes it with your quote request or call. This tells us which advertising works. It doesn't identify you on its own.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run this site and our business on our behalf: our hosting (Vercel), our customer database (Convex), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), and Google (Analytics and Ads, as described above). They may use the information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to serve you and for our tax and business records. Analytics data is kept according to Google's and Vercel's retention settings.

Your choices

• Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you: email energized.lcs@gmail.com or call (321) 616-1075.
• Control Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
